A quote request may include your name, callback number, service location, vehicle information, requested service, timing, notes, and vehicle photos. Polished AF uses this information to evaluate the request, communicate with you, prepare an estimate, schedule service, and support the appointment.
The website does not submit quote details into a Polished AF website database. When you choose “Text my request” or “Email instead,” the site opens your device's messaging or email application with the information prepared for you to review and send.
Contact and vehicle information is not sold. It may be retained in normal text, email, scheduling, or business records as reasonably needed to respond, complete service, maintain records, and resolve questions. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect safety and legal rights.
The hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Polished AF does not use this website to collect payment-card information.
Vehicle photos sent for a quote are used to evaluate the requested service. Before-and-after photos or customer feedback will not be presented publicly as a Polished AF result without permission.
